In this session, the panelists focused on the new need for international cooperation in science and technology innovation, and how the rules of that cooperation should beestablished.

The panelists agreed that against the backdrop of deeper international economic integration, accelerated iteration of new technologies, and the pandemic's impetus for change, demand for international cooperation has increased.
