Vice Chairman All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce Government
Mr. Li Zhaoqian obtained his first degree in 1982. He was awarded the degree of Doctor of Engineering in Shandong University of Technology in 1992 and Doctor of Management in Tsinghua University in 2007. Before he worked as the Vice Director General of Economics & Trade Commission of Shandong Provincial Government, Mr. Li worked as a professor and Vice President of Shandong University of Technology. In 2001, he was elected Mayor of Rizhao City, a coastal city in Shandong Province, with a population of 2.8 million. He was elected Vice Governor of Shandong Province in 2008, and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline in Shanxi Province three years later. Mr. Li was appointed as the Vice Minister of the State Administration of Work Safety in 2014, where he worked for three years until last year when he was elected as the Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce and Vice Chairman of All-China General Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
