Gao Peiyong

Dr. Gao Peiyong is a professor of public finance, Ph.D. supervisor and economist. He is one of the vice presidents of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the party committee member as well as the director of the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Besides, Gao is a member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the economic committee of the 13th CPPCC national committee and the academic degrees committee of the state council. He is an expert who obtains special government allowances of the state council. Gao is also a vice president of the Society of Public Finance of China, the Chinese Audit Society. He is the chief editor of economic research journal and vice chairman of the Sun Yefang foundation of China. He has served as the keynote speaker for the group study of party and state leaders three times.
