Born in 1966. Mr. Dai Hegen currently serves as Chairman of the Board of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (CNCEC). Mr. Dai Hegen holds the MS degree in economic management from CPC Central University and is a senior economist. He has over 30 years working experience in engineering field. Mr. Dai has successively served as President of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (or known as CREC-4), Vice President and President of China Railway Group Limited (or known as CRECG), Chairman of China Railway Materials Company Limited (or known as CRMSC) and Chairman of Xinxing Cathay International Group Co., Ltd. (or known as XXCIG) In August 2017, Mr. Dai was nominated as Chairman of Board of Directors of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (CNCEC).
