Xu Niansha

Mr. XU Niansha, Chairman of China Poly Group Corporation Limited, member of the 12th and 13th CPPCC (National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference) and its Foreign Affairs Committee, member of the Executive Board of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and Vice Chairman of CCOIC. A Beijinger born in April 1957, Mr. Xu Niansha began his career in Chinese Navy after graduating from Guangzhou Navy Commandment College, serving as a navigator and captain. After his military service, he received a Ph.D. in Economics from Peking University and a Ph.D. in Commercial and Civil Law from China University of Politics and Law. He served as CEO of Huahai Real Estate Development Company from 1996 to1999, then as chairman and CEO of China Ocean Aviation Group Inc. from 1999 to 2007. Before taking his position as the Chairman of China Poly Group Corporation, he served as Vice Chairman of China National Machinery Inc.
