Mr. Xu Xueyang is Deputy Party Chief of General Bureau of Heilongjiang State Farms, President of Heilongjiang Beidahuang State Farm Group Corporation, and Deputy Director of Agriculture and Forestry Committee of Standing Committee of Provincial People’s Congress.
