Zhang Shuofu

Member, Standing Committee of CPC Guangdong Province; Secretary, CPC Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee Local Government

Born in August, 1965, Mr. Zhang Shuofu is from Changsha, Hunan Province. He began his first job in June, 1988, and joined CPC in June, 1984. He holds a degree of Doctor of Engineering and is a senior engineer. Mr. Zhang Shuofu graduated from Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electrical Engineering, where he got a degree of Master of Engineering, and Hunan University, where he was awarded his degree of Doctor of Engineering. Mr. Zhang Shuofu is currently Member of Standing Committee of CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and Party Secretary of CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee. Before that, he served as Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Secretary of Beijing Commission of Discipline Inspection and Director General of Beijing Supervisory Commission from January, 2017, Member of Standing Committee of CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee & Secretary of Yunnan Commission of Discipline Inspection from April, 2015, and Vice Governor of Hunan Province from January, 2013.
