LOU Jiwei, male, Han nationality, born December 1950 in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province. He entered the workforce in February 1968 and joined the CPC in January 1973. He graduated from the Department of Quantitative and Technical Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) with a Master’s degree in Economics.
