ZHENG Zeguang, Born in October 1963, is a male ethnic Han from Puning, Guangdong Province. He entered the workforce in September 1980 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in September 1984. He graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages at South China Normal University, and holds the Bachelor Degree.
He is currently the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs. Areas of responsibility: Policy planning, North America and Oceania.
