Huang Hong

Mr. Huang Hong was born in September 1960, originally from Xinyu, Jiangxi Province. Starting to work in July 1981, he has obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from Southwestern University of Finance and is also a Senior Economist.

From February 1995 to December 1998, Governor and Party Committee Secretary, Fushun Regional Branch of the People’s Bank of China (PBC), and also the Director General of the Fushun Bureau of State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE)
