Mr. Li Xiaopeng, currently serves as Secretary of CPC Committee and Chairman of China Everbright Group Limited, Principal of Party School of China Everbright Group Limited, Secretary of CPC Committee and Chairman (pending approval) of China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Chairman of China Everbright Holdings Company Limited, Vice Chairman of China Tourism Association, Vice Chairman of China Urban Financial Society, Vice Chairman of China Institute of Rural Finance. He is a graduate of Wuhan University with a master’s degree in finance and a doctoral degree in Economics and is a senior economist. He is a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

Mr. Li previously served as a member of CPC Committee and Deputy General Manager of Henan Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (“ICBC”), General Manager of Operating Department of ICBC H.O., Secretary of CPC Committee and General Manager of Sichuan Branch of ICBC, a member of CPC Committee and Executive Vice President of China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd., a member of CPC Committee and Assistant President of ICBC, Secretary of CPC Committee and General Manager of Beijing Branch of ICBC, a member of CPC Committee, Executive Director and Executive Vice President of ICBC, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee and Chairman of Board of Supervisors of China Investment Corporation, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee, Vice Chairman and General Manager of China Merchants Group.
