Sun Yongcai

Mr. Sun Yongcai, born in 1964, PhD degree, is the senior engineer with professor level, and enjoys the special allowance of China State Council. Mr. Sun is now Director, General Manager, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of CRRC Group Company Limited, and is also Executive Director, President and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of CRRC Corporation Limited.

Mr. Sun was Vice President of Dalian Locomotive Works from 1999 to 2003, Director, Vice President of CNR Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Company Ltd from 2003 to 2005, and Secretary of Party Committee, Vice Chairman, Vice President of CNR Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Company Ltd from 2005 to 2008.

Mr. Sun was Chief Engineer of China CNR Corporation Limited from 2008 to 2010, and Vice President and a member of Standing Committee of Party Committee of China CNR Corporation Limited from 2010 to 2015.

Mr. Sun is a member of Standing Committee of Party Committee of CRRC Corporation Limited from May, 2015, was a member of Standing Committee of Party Committee, Vice President of CRRC Corporation Limited from June 2015 to May, 2017, and is a member of Standing Committee of Party Committee, Executive Director of CRRC Corporation Limited from June, 2017.

Mr. Sun is Director, General Manager, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of CRRC Group Company Limited, and is also Executive Director, President and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of CRRC Corporation Limited from August, 2017 to now.
