Zhou Haijiang, Male, born in February 1966, Doctor of Economics at the Government Policy and Public Management Department, now serves as Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board Chief Executive and CEO of HOdo Group Co., Ltd. deputy of the 17th, 18th and 19th National Congress, Vice President of All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce, Vice Chairman of China Private Economy Research Society, Chairman of Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Wuxi Federation of Industry & Commerce.

As a university teacher, he was the first person to quit public office nationwide in 1988. In the past 30 years, he has devoted himself to the development of township enterprises and private enterprises. Through the exploration of combining theory with reality, he initiated the theory of modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics. As the benchmarking one in Party Building among Chinese private enterprises, HOdo Group is a national outstanding basic party organization, which is honored by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. He set up the first nationwide Inner-Party caring private fund with personal fund of 20 million. Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone, Cambodia, which is under construction, is praised as a typical project of “the Belt and Road Initiatives”, and is jointly praised by President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Li Keqiang.
