As an insurer, Chubb announced to offer up to RMB 100 million in clinical trial liability insurance protection pro bono.

Chubb has also provided RMB 33mn coverage on a pro bono basis to entities qualified for anti-COVID-19 drugs/vaccines research in China, benefiting a total of 11 entities and hospitals, and promoting the rapid development of antiviral drugs and vaccines. The total sum insured amounts to RMB 100mn.

Since we are an insurance company, we announced that we will offer up to 100 million yuan in clinical trial liability insurance protection pro bono.

This support is going to qualified Chinese medical research & development entities to promote the rapid development of drugs and vaccines to fight the virus.

Since the outbreak of the coronavirus, Chubb has opened up a green channel for claims filed by customers affected by the coronavirus.

Since the outbreak of the coronavirus, Chubb has offered 2,000 exclusive anti-COVID-19 death benefit to protect frontline research and development staff, with the limit of RMB300,000 for each.
