Ulf Mark Schneider

CEO, Nestlé S.A. Business Circle

Mark Schneider has been Chief Executive Officer, Nestlé S.A. since 1 January 2017. Previously he was Chief Executive Officer of Fresenius Group (2003–16) and Chief Financial Officer, Fresenius Medical Care (2001–03). From 1989 to 2001, Mark Schneider worked for Haniel Group.

He is a Non-executive Director of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company as well as a Member of the Board of the Consumer Goods Forum.

Mark Schneider obtained his MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School in 1993. He also has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of St. Gallen.

Born in 1965, he is a German/U.S. Citizen. He speaks German, English and French.
