CDF Voice: Nestlé S.A. CEO Mark Schneider -- Nestlé Optimistic about Chinese Market
Nestlé was one of the first multinational companies to enter Chinese market. The first Nestlé sales agency in China was set up in Shanghai in 1908. And later in 1980s, Nestlé started its large-scale development in Chinese mainland. China is now its second-largest market.
Mark Schneider, CEO of Nestlé S.A., observed that China’s growth “has opened up numerous opportunities for China and other countries globally”, and “Nestlé is very optimistic about the future of the Chinese market”.
