As an innovative, strategic partner and supplier of the world’s highest quality natural resources and blends to China for the past 45 years, Vale actively follows China’s major economic policy developments in order to understand the country’s ongoing sustainable development as well as explore further opportunities to strengthen our cooperation with our Chinese partners.

The following submission includes four major sections – beginning with a brief overview of the current Global economic climate, a section of observations regarding key policies related to China’s resource revolution, a section of insights on how this is impacting the Chinese and global steel industry, as well as some suggestions of key opportunities that Chinese decision makers may consider as they embark on a path towards a greener future.
