CRRC Group Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as “CRRC Group”) is a wholly state-owned enterprise, established in September, 2015 with the registered capital RMB 23 billion yuan, on the basis of reorganizing and merging the former China Northern Locomotive & Rolling Stock Industry Group Corporation and the former CSR Group Company, which agreed by the State Council and approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Up to the end of 2017, CRRC Group has 189,000 employees, assets totaling RMB399.8 billion yuan, 430 subsidiaries at all levels, covered 98 countries and regions in six continents around the world while located in 19 provinces, province-level municipalities and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region within China. In 2017, CRRC Group achieved the business revenue RMB219.3 billion yuan, and the profit totaling RMB13 billion yuan.
