Sponsored by the Development Research Center of the State Council, China Development Forum 2013 will be held on March 23-25, 2013 at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing. The theme for the coming Forum is "China: Deepening Reform and Opening-up for a Well-off Society".

Strongly committed to the end of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects in 2020, the new leadership holds high the banner of reform and opening up—the means to sustained and rapid growth.
