State Development & Investment Corporation (SDIC) is a state-owned investment holding company and a backbone SOEs established under the approval of the State Council. By the end of 2016, SDIC has a total asset of 459.3 billion RMB yuan. The financial assets under its management has exceeded 1 trillion. Its total profit of 2016 reached 18 billion RMB yuan respectively.
