Founded in 1938, China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited (“CR” or “CR Group”) is a diversified holding company registered in Hong Kong under the direct supervision of SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council) and one of the key state-owned enterprises.
