China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP) is China’s only State-owned enterprise that mainly engages in energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection. It is a technological and service oriented industrial group with the strongest comprehensive strength and the largest scale in the energy conservation and environmental protection field.

At present, CECEP has 543 subsidiaries,including 27 wholly-owned and controlled secondary subsidiaries and 6 listed companies, which are mainly distributed in different cities and provinces of China and over 60 overseas countries and regions.
